"The food is fresh and delicious. The service was fast and friendly. The portions could have been a bit bigger. The problem was.... the bugs. Everything was fine and the very second that the food came, so did the flies!! Swarms of them. No joke!!! It was crazy! We felt that we had to eat really fast and were waving our napkins just to take a bite! We had to ask the waitress to come get the plates so that they would go away. Sad really, it could have been a glorious evening."

"This place has many varieties of pasta. Pasta Nudelmanufaktur serves the best and authentic Italian food in Aachen. I visited here in the evening, the place was full. The service here is very warm and pleasant. The waitress was so patient enough to explain each and every dish to us. And also she suggested the best combinations and their special menus. The place has plenty of vegetarian options and some non vegetarian options too. I had ravioli with spinach. It was delicious. I'll definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants to have Italian food."

"Waw! This place just keeps getting better with every passing year. Had the lasagne, gnocchi, and a couple more dishes and they all were excellent. Quality of food, fresh ingredients, friendly staff... Can't ask for more."

"Great quality pasta cooked perfectly and served with very delicious sauces. You can choose between spaghetti and fettuccine and pick the pasta colour. There are many tables outside as well as inside. Very recommended."

"It was so good! Tried classics, Carbonara and Bolognese, both didn't disappoint. Green spaghetti were al dente, exactly as I love. Parmesan cheese aside. Nice red wine. Service is very friendly and efficient. All and all, definitely recommend!"
